Return, Replacement, and Cancellation policies
Return Policy
If you need to return a purchase from adscraft.in, we're here to assist! Please report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt, including video evidence in your contact form submission. These cases will be evaluated by our support team, and if applicable, you may return your adscraft.in purchase within 7 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
Currently, we do not offer a return pick-up service. You will need to send the item back to us at - 704, 8th Floor, Shri Balaji Skyrise, near Narayan Vadi, Atladara, Vadodara, Gujarat 390019.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note, you will bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions to our return policy: 1. Items must be undamaged, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. 2. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 3. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items are also non-returnable.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as: 1. Books showing signs of use. 2. Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Please review your order carefully before submission. We cannot modify order details such as quantities, items, or shipping addresses post-confirmation.
Cancellation requests may be considered before shipping confirmation. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Replacement Policy
Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt, including photo evidence. Our support team will review these cases, and replacements will be issued for damaged products only. Packaging damage is not eligible for replacement.
In case of a missing shipment marked as delivered, report to us within 72 hours of the delivery notification.
Please note:
1. Minor manufacturing variations or packaging blemishes are not eligible for replacement.
2. Returned packages due to purchaser error or refused delivery can be re-sent upon arrangement.
3. Replacements for sold-out or archived items are not guaranteed. If available, shipping charges may apply.
